RETURN POLICY
Please read the policy below carefully before you wish to exchange or return an item
1. Where can I return my order?
- in the FUNKY MONKEY® Stores (always bring your ID and the original invoice!)
- via a shipping service
2. How long do I have to return a product?
- You can return one or more items up to 30 days after the delivery date of your order.
- If you have a partial delivery, the 30-day cooling-off period starts when you have received the last part of the delivery.
- If 30 days have passed since you received your product(s) and you have not contacted us according to the steps below, or within the 30 day period, then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
3. When is my order eligible for reimbursement?
The items must be in perfect condition and have all labels attached. And preferably packaged and shipped in original packaging. Once we have received your order and approved it, we will issue a refund, provided you have with all the conditions of this return policy.
4. Will shipping costs be refunded?
If you return an entire order within 14 days of purchase, we will reimburse the shipping costs equivalent to a standard order.
5. Will you also reimburse my return costs?
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for your return are non-refundable.
Please note: We always recommend using a trackable shipping service. Always keep the shipping receipt carefully until we have confirmed that we have received your product.
6. How do I register my return?
You can register your return with this
withdrawal form and follow the steps. You can email the form to us or send it to us by post. You will find the information on the form.
To return your product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer!
7. I paid with the FUNKY MONKEY® gift card, will I also receive a refund?
If you paid with the FUNKY MONKEY® gift card or another gift voucher, we will issue a new FUNKY MONKEY® gift card for the same value of the returned items.
8. Is everything returnable?
Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Other non-returnable items include: gift cards, downloadable software products and certain health, personal care, pre-order and personalized items.
9. I have a sale item, can I return it?
Sale items, items that are on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.
10. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a FUNKY MONKEY® Gift Card equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, and it falls within the approval of this returns policy, a FUNKY MONKEY® Gift Card will be sent to you by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will return the money to the gift giver. Provided the return policy is followed.
11. I have returned the order, but I have not yet received my money?
You will receive an email when we have transferred the money to you. If you have not received a refund after some time, first check your bank account again.
Please contact the credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact the bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
